Kapital Stereo Community radio station which aims to strengthen and promote citizen expression and peaceful coexistence, to facilitate the exercise of the right to information, promoting plural participation in public affairs and in recognition of cultural diversity, in the end contribute to the expansion of democracy building and human development in Colombia.
